PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

AmiLife™ De-Oiled Soya Lyso Lecithin (Food) with Hydrophilic Properties. It is a Complex mixer of Polar Lipids like Glycolipids, Phospholipids and Lysophospholips. It is derived from Soya Lecithin of NON GMO Indian Origin. It is a enzymatically modified De-Oiled Lecithin to convert its maximum Phospholipids content into Lyso Phospholipids. Due to complete hydrolysis it gets excellent solubility in water. This nature makes it very suitable for Human Food and Animal Feed and nutrition.

PRODUCT APPLICATION

AmiLife™ De-Oiled Soya Lyso Lecithin (Food) it is used 1 to 2.5% in Margarines, Breads, Cookies, Pastries, and where o/w Emulsion is required. It can be also used in various animal nutrition and animal medicinal applications.
