AmiLife® High Degree Phospholipids (HDL)/Instantize Water Soluble Sunflower Lecithin Powder has Hydrophilic Properties.
It is a Complex mixer of Polar Lipids like Glycolipids, Phospholipids and Higher degree of Lyso Phospholipids. It is derived from Sunflower Lecithin of Non-GMO Indian Origin.
It is a enzymatically modified to convert De-Oiled Lecithin for its maximum Phospholipids content into a Degree of Lyso Phospholipids. Due to complete hydrolysis it gets excellent solubility in water. This nature makes it very suitable for Human Food and Animal Feed and nutrition.
PRODUCT APPLICATION
It is used 1 to 2.5% in Margarines,Breads, Cookies, Pastries, and where o/w Emulsions required.
