Soya High Degree Phospholipids (HDL)


AmiLife® High Degree Phospholipids (HDL)/Instantize Water Soluble Soya Lecithin Powder has Hydrophilic Properties. It is a Complex mixer of Polar Lipids like Glycolipids, Phospholipids and Higher degree of Lyso Phospholipids. It is derived from Soya Lecithin of Non-GMO Indian Origin. It is a enzymatically modified to convert De-Oiled Lecithin for its maximum Phospholipids content into Higher Degree of Lyso Phospholipids. Due to complete hydrolysis it gets excellent solubility in water. This nature makes it very suitable for Human Food and Animal Feed and nutrition.


Itis used 1 to 2.5% in Margarines,Breads, Cookies, Pastries, and where o/w Emulsions required.
